This 20″ pendant light fixture is one of our favorite examples of a wire melt. Karla chose the colors, cut the glass into chunks, arranged them on the screen and then let the kiln and gravity finish the creation. Like an adventure, you can’t predict exactly how it will come out. This one, as you can see, turned out wonderfully.
This fixture style uses our custom three bulb hanging canister and a three wire aircraft cable suspension for the glass. The light canister hangs independently of the glass for easy changing of bulbs and cleaning.

Form: Large Renegade bowl style pendant light fixture
Technique: Kiln formed wire melt, cold worked and slumped, drilled for cable suspension.
Size: 20″ diameter x 4″ tall; hangs 21″ from the ceiling (we can adjust this up to 45″, just ask)
Weight: approximately 10 lb.
Light Fixture: 3 medium base bulb sockets in a white powder coated cluster hung independent of the shade. All electrical components are UL approved.
