Description
The light fixture pictured features a 19″ diameter glass shade created by Karla with her wire-melt process and 7 different glass colors (4 shades of white, garnet red, turquoise and clear). Neil Bland of Mountain Metal Forge, a local Virginia metal artist, designed and built the hanging mechanism with wonderfully delicate, hand-wrought components.
The light fixture is shown without any chain from the canopy to the top end of the hooks. We can add chain (and electrical cord), up to 5 feet in length to accommodate tall ceilings and the hanging height you need. The fixture is lit with three standard (medium base) bulbs. We recommend CFL or LED bulbs.
Each of these fixtures are unique. We will work with you to create a version of this fixture to match your decor.
The lead time you can expect for this custom fixture is approximately 8 weeks.
