Satisfaction Assured

We hope your visit to our website and online shop is enjoyable and the start of a great relationship.  We love our glasswork and we hope you will too.  We will work hard to ensure you get the piece you want quickly and safely so you can enjoy it for many years to come.

Privacy

We want your trust as well as your business. We only use your personal information for our business with you. We do not share any customer’s personal information with anyone else. Ever. We also work to safeguard your information with the greatest care.
If you have agreed, we may occasionally send you emails about important Renegade events, but we won’t over do it.

Payment

We accept the following methods of payment:
– Paypal
– Credit and debit cards  (via Paypal)
– Money orders
– Cashiers checks
– Personal checks – with confirmed identification

We charge 5.3% sales tax for all orders shipped within Virginia. Buyers will be responsible for the sales tax due at all other destinations.

Shipping

Due to the fragile nature of our art, we take extra care in packaging your item for shipment. Larger items are double boxed, which provides great protection for your one of a kind purchase. Our shipping fees are calculated to account for these extra costs.

Our system currently uses the USPS for shipping.  It will offer standard and expedited choices in the shopping cart, just choose the speed you need!

We’ll email you a tracking number for your package once it is shipped.

We work to ship all in stock items in 1 to 2 business days.

Refunds and Exchanges

We want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If for any reason you aren’t, please contact us so we can work out the issue and ensure your satisfaction.

If that doesn’t work for you, we offer a 30 day return policy.

When your item is returned in its original condition, we will refund the full purchase price.

Return Shipping:

Please contact us before returning the items, and also ensure that the product is packaged in the original shipping containers or equivalent. We cannot issue refunds for items broken in transit back to Renegade.
